Had a pleasant time at Don Carlos, with great dining options and lovely pools. The staff really stood out, attentive and friendly. However, the hotel is in dire need of renovations, and our room faced a noisy generator, which detracted from our experience.

Had an awesome getaway with friends! We enjoyed the exclusive VIP section at Nikki Beach, complete with great massages and fantastic service. The beach club was perfect for relaxing, and the lush gardens made the whole experience top-notch.

This was a letdown, especially since we chose the place for spa access.

This resort suits me perfectly, offering excellent amenities like the spa, outdoor pool, and top-notch service. I'll never forget how the staff helped print my documents during my first stay. Highly recommend a visit for a relaxing holiday!

don carlos resort & spa is a very nice and relaxing place. the facilities are top-notch, and the staff, especially kamal and tom, made everything smooth and enjoyable. the gardens are stunning, and the full-service spa was a fantastic escape. i loved lounging around the pools and dining at the beach bar.

Rooms need serious updates, with dated decor and worn fixtures!!! Lack of communication regarding amenities and scarce entertainment options during low season are disappointing!!! Poolside service is practically nonexistent. being proactive isn't in their vocabulary!!!
